If you have been contemplating starting a business or anything at all, you may have been asking the question: when is the best time to start or how do I start? This may be that nudge you need. 

The best time to start is now. Procrastination is never the answer. It will always kill the spirit. Maybe you have not been able to figure how to start. Permit me to say that the best way to learn to do is to do. If you want to learn to read, then start reading; to learn writing, write. It's that simple. You learn to do something by simply doing it. I watched my little boy grow. (He is such a cutie – 15 months old). I observed that for every developmental stage he went through, he learnt what he did by doing it. Times without number, he fumbled but eventually succeeded. When he started taking his first steps, he did them trembling. Initially, he fell every time he attempted, nevertheless, he did not stop. Every subsequent attempt produced a better result. The more he attempted, the better he became. Today I invariably ask him to try to stay calm but he would not. He runs all over the house and climbs everything. That’s cute still. I enjoy him.

Here is a little tale I have for you. You're special and you should see it. It's a Snoodle's tale

Far far away in the land of Galoots, where the biggle-bag trees bear the biggle-bag fruits.. you'll find a small town not much bigger than 'you'. Welcome to Snoodle berg - home of the Snoodles. These are a curious folk that eat pancakes with noodles and spent half a day making sketches and cutting their hair in the shapes like French poodles. (Wow! that was a weird intro).

The Snoodles were not born but created. Every forth Tuesday night, at 9:15pm, the tower in the middle of the city would shinny and rattle and whine, and a small shiny young Snoodle would drop from the shoot. That's where they come from. One day, one small Snoodle just like the others came, without siblings, money, mother or father. The pack on his back was all he had. But there was something different about him. "This is peculiar!” the little guy exclaimed. Then he asked and said to himself, "what do I look like and what am I for". (That's the difference). While pondering on those, he figured out that checking his bag was the best place to start. Then from his back pack, he pulled out some paints and a 'Kazoo'. He pulled a string and from his sides came out two little wings. Amazed then, he said to himself, "I can paint, I can make music and now I can fly!" With excitement all over, he raced to share the great things he could do with his paints, his Kazoo and his wings.

How To Make Your Router 'Featurific'

Have you ever asked yourself, "how do I make my router perform better?" Once I had a wireless router that was no better than a brick. I could not get much out of it until I came across something. It transformed the device and brought the best out of it. That is what I want to share with you. You just need to try this and see it unleash your router.. a whole new world of possibilities.

I will use a Linksys router to illustrate this.



A legacy Linksys router has very good hardware but the firmware does not bring out all it's capabilities. When you log into the router's GUI, under 'Advanced Routing' in Setup page, the router can be seen to operate in gateway or router modes only. Thus, it can only run RIP or be configured with a static route. This among many other things are the limitations I talk about. When unleashed, the same router can run RIPv2 and BGP. All you need is to upgrade the firmware on your router with a compatible dd-wrt firmware. This is free and can be got from dd-wrt.com website.
